Ordering Information

Please note that we are an online store. You can place your order via telephone, mail, e-mail, or directly through our web site. We suggest that you prepare your order before calling.

Domestic orders - U.S. residents may place their order through our web site. Payment can be made by credit card, personal check, money order, or PayPal.

International orders - Payment must be done only in U.S. funds. You can pay by credit card, or PayPal. There will be no returns or exchanges for International orders.

Wholesale

If you are a retail business, please contact us at kamya@kamya.com to obtain additional information. There is a minimum order of $150, with a reorder minimum of $100. Minimum quantities on items is two or more.

Shipping and Handling Information

We try to send all orders the economical way. Domestic orders are processed and shipped through the U.S. Postal Service upon receipt of payment. We will ship orders first class, priority mail, flat rate or express mail, with delivery confirmation. We will correct any shipping errors brought to our attention.

Items Not Available

Products that are not available are usually indicated as such on our web site. If you still would like to purchase the item, you can add it to your shopping cart and you will be notified when they are back in stock.

Special Orders

Customized orders such as frames, matte, greeting cards, embellishments, piecings and tags must be made well in advance. We will notify you upon completion of your order and payment must be received in full. No cancellation is accepted on customized orders.

Returns

Our customers are important to us, and our main goal is to make sure you are satisfied. However, we must be contacted before any items are returned. If you receive our merchandise in damaged condition, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the articles can be returned within 20 days. We offer exchanges, or if you prefer, a refund. Refund will be the cost of the product not including the shipping fee. The items returned will be inspected. They should be in good condition, unused, and not opened. There will be a 20% deduction on refund for items opened.

Canceling an Order

When canceling an order, please notify us as soon as possible (all orders we received are being shipped the next working day). Please do not place an order if you do not intend to pay as we will not hold your order.

Visiting Us

If you live in the vicinity of Central New Jersey and would like to pick up some items, give us a call and ask for directions. We are open daily from 1:00 am to 5:00pm except Sundays. Please take note that only cash is accepted during your visit as we are not able to process credit card payments.

Response

Problems with online connections cannot be avoided at times. Please note that if you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please send another e-mail to kamya@kamya.com.

Sales Tax

Kamya is located in New Jersey, and is required by state law to collect sales tax on all items that are sold, or shipped, to a location within New Jersey. The current New Jersey sales tax rate is 7%.

Personal Information

For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name. We collect data on the numbers of visitors to our web pages, and we aggregate completely non-identifying statistics from those numbers. The information we collect is used for internal review. We make no effort to identify visitors to our web site.

For each customer, we only collect the relevant shipping and billing information, e.g. shipping address. Kamya will not collect any personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address or e-mail address through this web site unless you provide it to us yourself. The personally identifiable information information we collect is used for shipping and payment purposes only. We do not use it for any other purpose, such as sending you promotional information, unless you are subscribed to our monthly newsletter.

PayPal is responsible for clearing credit cards on their secure server. We are PayPal Verified since 2002. PayPal's verification process increases security when you pay parties you do not know. Nothing is passed to us as per your credit card information. We do not have access to your credit card information, because our customers are redirected to PayPal's secure servers for the transfer of credit card information.

While you are visiting our web site, we may store information in a "cookie". These cookies are used by Google Analytics to give us insights into our web site traffic. It also helps us study the browsing patterns of our visitors. Through the use of cookies, Kamya may automatically collect technical information, which is not personally identifiable. We use non-persistent cookies to record session information for our shopping cart. They are used to pass the items you order from page to page. These cookies are automatically destroyed when you close the web browser. Your personal information is not stored in these cookies.

All customer information is treated as confidential. As part of our basic privacy and security policies, Kamya does not require "registration" before placing an order. Upon request we provide our customers with access to all information that we maintain about them.

We appreciate your trust, and treat all information carefully and sensibly. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to safeguard your information. Our computers are protected by up-to-date firewalls, anti-virus software, malware scanners and anti-spy software.

Kamya does not participate in bulk e-mail solicitations, phone banks, or third party advertisement schemes. We do not partner with or have special relationships with ad server companies.

Your information is never sold, or provided to a third party, unless required by law. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose customer information at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, or when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our web site.
