Ordering

Kamya offers easy ordering. You can call us at (732) 619-9710 for personal assistance before placing your order. Do not forget to prepare your questions or order before calling.

Remember that this is a home-based business. If no one answers your call, leave a message and we will be happy to return your call.

Payments

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. All credit card transactions are authorized through PayPal Payment Services. We are PayPal Verified. Orders paid by personal checks will be subject to bank clearing.

Online Ordering

We have a "shopping cart" system, so you can browse around our site and choose the items that you would like to purchase. Every item is added to the "shopping cart" until you are ready to "check out".

Make sure that you submit a correct e-mail address. It is very important as we use this address to send notifications to you. Your information is never provided or sold to a third party.

Placing Your Order & Paying by Credit Card or PayPal (Domestic)

Browse around our pages for items you would like to purchase. Enter the quantity you want. Every time you add an item to your cart, an alert box will pop up informing you that the item has been added to your cart.
When you are done shopping, click on the "View Cart" link located on the upper right-hand side of every page. This link will show the list of items purchased. You can always remove items from your cart or change the quantities you wish to order.
On that same page, you will need to select one of the following: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Flat Rate or International. Your total changes and will now include the shipping fee (and for New New Jersey residents, the sales tax).
Next, click on the "Checkout Now" button.
The "Checkout Now" will bring you to the page where you choose your method of payment. Next fill out the form to complete the process. Then, click once on "Submit Order" button.
This next page is the final one. You will see your total purchases. Click on the "Pay Now" button to finalize your order. This will bring you to the PayPal site where you have a choice of paying by credit card or to use your PayPal account.

Because the connection to PayPal Payment Services is an encrypted (secure) connection, it will take a while when you are using a dial-up modem.

When you have visited the PayPal web site before, your computer might have PayPal cookies in the browser. In that case, the PayPal page looks a little different:

Again, please note that can choose between paying by credit card, or using your PayPal account. You do not need to create a PayPal account if you do not want to. Just click on the "Click Here" Button as shown in the image below:

Ordering by Mail

Follow the same instructions above from #1 to #5.
Select a Shipping Option (within the U.S.).
Fill out the form and submit.
Make all checks payable to Kamya. Mail payment

International Orders

Follow the same procedure above (Making your order) from #1 to #5.
Select "International" as the Shipping Option.
Fill out the form and submit.
You will receive two e-mails from us: the first one confirms your order, and wait for the second one with the total cost of your order, including the shipping fee. That is because we are not able to calculate shippings costs for international orders online.
This second e-mail includes the subtotal and shipping fee, and it also has a link to the payment page, if paying by credit card or PayPal. We also accept checks or money orders in U.S. Funds.
Shipping fees for international orders are based on the total weight of the completed order and the country of destination.

An e-mail will be sent to you for the total cost, including the shipping fee, and the link for the payment page. The screenshot below shows you the screen to fill out. Then click on the "Pay Now" button.

Ordering by Phone

Please prepare your order before calling. Write down the item #, short description, and amount. Our phone number is: (732) 619-9710. Orders will be taken. You can also pay online. We will give you a direct link to avoid all the pages you will go through.

Ordering by E-mail

If you don't want to order or pay on-line, please send us an e-mail at kamya@kamya.com with the items, including the item numbers, you wish to order.

When you don't want to use our shopping cart, please do not hesitate to use an Order Form.

Faxing an Order

Please fax the form to (732) 238-8411. We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 PM eastern time. Note: Send us an e-mail before faxing.

Custom Orders

Ordering for customized frames, fringes, cards, embellishment, and scrapbook piecings/tags should be made well in advance. You can fax, e-mail, or order online. When faxing, please complete the order form and fax it to (732) 238-8411. Just remember, I quill them one at a time. No cancellation for customized orders are accepted.

A 20% deposit is required for customized items such as frames and mattes. We will send you an e-mail for the total cost plus shipping. We will notify you upon completion and you must pay the balance in full. We accept payments by personal checks, money order, credit card or PayPal. Personal checks will be subject to bank clearing.

We will ship orders via priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping will take 3 - 5 days in the U.S. by regular mail.
