Kamya is an online store. We are home-based business, and we carry all kinds of paper crafts, such as quilling supplies, embossing templates, stencils, rubber stamps and scrapbooking materials.

Kamya is located in New Jersey, USA.

Do you have a catalog?
We have a catalog that you can download from the website. Also, our items online have pictures and prices. If you are having a problem printing the catalog, send us an e-mail and we will send it to your doorstep.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide and to all U.S. territories through U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
First Class shipping usually takes 2 - 3 business days, depending on the distance. We mail orders with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail will usually take 3 - 5 business days.

How do I place my order?
You can use the "Add to Cart" feature on the website, or you can place your order by phone, or by sending us an e-mail.

What should I do if I am having problems ordering online?
You can send the order by e-mail to kamya@kamya.com. You will need to give the item# (product ID), short description, and amount. You can also place an order by phone at (732) 619-9710. We will be happy to assist you.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and PayPal. Checks are subjected to bank clearing. All checks should be made payable to:

Do you have a fringer and how much would shipping cost to ___?
Yes, we do have the fringer. Shipping cost to U.S. destinations is $4.50, mailed Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. For other countries, it will depend on the weight and country of destination.

How do I get a discount?
If you are a retail business, please contact us at kamya@kamya.com to obtain additional information. We offer a special discount for every order above $150, with a reorder minimum of $100. Minimum quantities on items is two or more. Mixed items are OK.

Which shipping options are available?

How do I check delivery status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail stating that your order has been shipped. This e-mail (if USPS allows) will have a delivery confirmation number. You can log in at: www.usps.com.

When I submit my order, I get 2 or 3 e-mail confirmations. How can I avoid this?
You will receive several e-mail confirmation when you submit the order form more than once. After you have finished choosing your items, click submit only once. Then, go to the 'Pay Now' button and continue.
