These stencils look like old English lace and can be used for embossing or cutting. Select parts of the pattern and make your own design. Place the stencil on a light box and lay the paper on top. Applying consistent downward pressure, carefully outline the pattern of the stencil using the large ball of the embossing tool. Next, use the small ball, increase the pressure and trace until the desired look is achieved. Cutting into the stencil is possible, but it is also possible to copy the pattern onto the card with a propelling pencil and to cut the lines. Purchasing a book for these templates is highly recommended. You will get ideas on how to use these templates.
