Paper tole is the art of creating a picture in three dimensions using cut-outs taken from three or more of the same print. The image is raised from the surface to show 3-dimensional effects, which enhances the natural shape of the image.

Paper Toles or 3-D's are paper cut-outs that are placed on a card by layering images on top of each other. You will need a 3D scissor or a cutting knife, self-healing cutting board, and silicone glue for mounting and elevating the cut-outs. You can combine your design with Incire, Lacé, Mattie, Brodery, or any templates.
